Free Gift Wrap at Mast by Sarge Volunteers
Press Release 12/1/08
Cynthia Morris
Volunteers of Sarge's Animal Rescue Foundation are hosting a gift wrapping station inside of Mast General Store in Waynesville most days until Christmas Eve. "There will be no charge for the wrapping," said Eve Alexander, coordinator for the project, "however donations to Sarge's will be happily accepted!"
Mast General Store is providing the gift boxes and Sarge's will provide the wrapping materials.
Presents to be wrapped do not have to be bought at Mast General Store. Gifts to be wrapped can be brought in from any store.

"Since there will be an initial outlay of funds to buy the wrapping paper, ribbons, etc., we would appreciate donations of any extra materials that people will not be using," said Alexander. Donations can be dropped off at Mast or left at Sarge's new headquarters at 256B Industrial Park Drive in West Waynesville.
"We still need to staff volunteers for various time periods and days. Anyone who enjoys wrapping presents is welcome to join us," said Alexander. "There were many people who helped out last year who were not members of Sarge's Animal Rescue Foundation."
To sign up to be a gift wrapper for Sarge's at Mast, or for more information, call Sarge's at 828-246-9050. Eve Alexander will return the call and set up a time that is convenient for the volunteer.
