This young purebred Dobie of about 8 months was found wandering around terrified and brought to the shelter by Animal Control Officers. Doberman Rescue of Los Angeles, CA was contacted and had a foster home available in Hendersonville, NC, although the foster Mom was out of town at the time. Sarge volunteers kept this little fellow for several days when he had to be pulled from the shelter or face being put to sleep. He then overnighted with his transport volunteer. Now "Kipper" is in his foster home, happy, safe and probably to stay as his foster Mom will likely adopt him.
