Katie is a Brittany Spaniel who went home with James and Joy Pobuda on 7/7/07.
"All is well with Katie. She started to develop another breast tumor and had to have another mastectomy in August 2007. She recuperated fine from the surgery and we are pleased to say she has not developed any more tumors. Her vet visit was excellent, with no others issues. She immediately became a part of our family and adjusted well. She loves to go for rides, she loves her “puppies” (stuffed animals), and is very loving. She sleeps on the bed with us and enjoys the couch when we aren’t looking! She has a cousin, Sunny, our parents dog, who she looks forward to seeing and playing with on weekends. She has also adjusted to the Florida weather. The other morning it was in the 40’s and she was quick to want to come back inside! Hard to believe she’s a NC dog!
We thank you for being a foster Mom to Katie and your involvement with Sarge. We thank you and Sarge for all the important work you do, and we thank you for allowing us to adopt Katie. Katie is a sweetheart and we love her dearly.
