Fuzz was adopted on 3/19/11 by Ashley Hooper. She sent us
this update: "Well today is the one week anniversary of the adoption of our sweet little kitty cat Jasmine. Though it's just been a week, I feel like I just have to brag on my baby and how much we all love her. Sarge, my family can't thank you enough for bringing us together, Jasmine is the joy of our lives. Our daughter has a new best friend, and I have a new lap buddy. It warms my heart to see Jasmine and my daughter rolling around in the floor playing together and snuggling. There's not a day goes by that this cat goes without a lot of play, and a lot of petting. Honestly, she is one VERY happy kitty.
As soon as we brought her home, we knew she was perfect for us. She loves to play with the many toys we bought her,
especially her catnip ball and her "ball on a stick" that her and my daughter play with. My son likes to watch her too but,
of course he is still to little to play with her since he's just a baby. Jasmine tries to get into his baby food when
I'm feeding him, which makes me laugh!
Her favorite thing to do is sunbathe in our big window sill and look at the birds feeding outside. Jasmine also really
surprised me that she likes to be bathed! We gave her a bath just the other day and I swear I've never seen a cat enjoy
water but she did! At night she sleeps with my husband and I at the foot of our bed, and during the night sometimes
sneaks up and lays on our pillow. I love to hear her cute little purr beside me while I sleep. And as far as other people,
she is also great with strangers. My sister and brother-in-law get along great with her and they love her too.
Oh, and did I mention she is super easy to care for? Much easier than I imagined. She's so calm and cooperative.
I could go on forever on how much we love this kitty but I guess I will stop there. Thanks again Sarge for the sweetest kitty ever. You guys do a great job and I am going to refer everyone I know to you.
