Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation (SARF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of innocent animals. Our foster animal program has been organized to temporarily care for animals that need a permanent home. Your decision to open your home and heart as a foster haven for an animal in need is deeply appreciated.
